Q4_NR#4 - Kiss Me ; Kill Me

Scarlett Wakefield was an just like any ordinary girls attended St. Tabby's, an all-girls school outside of London. Everything seemed just perfectly fine with her gymnastic jobs with her two best friends Alison and Luce, until Scarlett was invited to a party of popular and pretty girls in school, coming with the cutest guys of British society, including Dan McAndrew, Scarlett's crush since forever.
Scarlett felt like she was the luckiest girl in the world, having Dan to talk to her, and even kissed her. But the kiss they spent together in the penthouse terrace, changed everything. Their kiss was so magical and wonderful until, he suffocated in her arms. No one knew what happened to Dan, but since Scarlett was the last one seeing him, she was blamed to be the one killing him.
Rumors of 'Kiss of Death' Scarlett and Dan was spread everywhere, so bad she had to move. Scarlett attended to Wakefield hall, a girls school in London with her grandmother as the Headmistress. Scarlett was still confused, spending her days dealing what's real and what's not. Everything seemed just like a nightmare with these 3 months after Dan's death. Scarlett still couldn't deal with the fact that she can actually killed someone with just a kiss on the lips, until... she received an anonymous note saying it wasn't her fault.  And here she is, on her path setting off to clear her name and find out what really happened to the first and last boy she kissed.

Q4_NR#2 - The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

After winning the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss and her star-crossed lover from District 12 retured back home from the arena. She should've been satisfy or even proud of herself and skills throughout the Games and get the chance of winning. But it seemed all wrong. Nothing went the way Katniss wanted it to be. Unexpectedly. Gale didn't want to face her. Her family wasn't close to each other like before. Peeta completely abandoned her. Rumors of a rebellion hosted by Katniss were going around all districts that she doesn't even know she's a part of. The existence of 13 was questioned. President Snow showed up and threatened Katniss to stop the rebel, or all her relatives are going to die in horror.
During the Quarter Quell, President Snow announced the Games this year was going to be covered with a pool of winners from the past Games fighting each other and get one victor. Katniss was gong back to the arena. Facing what President Snow and the Capitol plans to kill her off.
Personally, I actually found Catching Fire better than the first episode. I was really surprised at some parts, ended up suspecting things or the next parts, ect. The ending of the novel was really unexpected, or unpredictable through many things. I thought this episode was amazingly breath-taking!

Q4_NR#1 - The Hunger Games

It was the 74th Hunger Games back then. The reaping day. 12-year-old Primrose Everdeen was chosen to be the female tribute of District 12 for the Games. Just as skinny, pale, and weak as she is, Prim can't win. The silence of the crowd says it all. They do not agree. All of this is wrong. It can't be right. Screaming through the silence of the audience was Katniss Everdeen. Volunteering for her sister's sake. Katniss was ready risking her life to keep Prim alive. She knew this might be the end of everything. She knew she had to give everything up back home. Her family, her neighbors, school friends, and even her friend Gale she fell in love with. Katniss had been close to death before, and she believed it was what set to be the second nature in life. Little did she knew, what stands in front of her in the future after this, is what she never expected to happen. And all that, is going to change her life. Completely.
I thought this novel was quite emotional at some point, especially when Rue died. There was quite a lot of parts when I found Katniss was like, in the middle of nowhere, and just sometimes caught in between desperation and hopeful.
